I have been wanting to get my tattoo removal for years but finding a place I trust was my biggest issue! Dr. Ariel Ostad was extremely professional and explained everything to me! Jennifer was beyond excellent and made me feel at ease right upon meeting her! She did an outstanding job! The technology in the office is so up to date and pain free! I didn't feel a thing, especially with such a large tattoo!! Never thought I would say this, but I'm looking forward to my next session with this lovely staff!

I will not get into specifics but Dr Ostad is friendly extremely knowledgeable and seen my whole family. Biopsies skim removal for skin cancer, and most impressively his use of Dermal fillers he can look at you and suggest something you would not have considered yourself but gives you a better result than you ever thought would be possible. If you check the reviews none of them critique his work. Personally I would prefer to put up with poor admin and amazing results as opposed to super friendly receptionists and coming out looking horrible. I did not have any issue with any aspect of my experience.

Excellent experience. Dr. Ostad is a gifted doctor with a strong artistic sensibility and high level of skill. I left his office having had a different (simpler) procedure from the one I’d walked in inquiring about and truly appreciate his having educated me with a very honest pros/cons conversation regarding what I wanted vs. what might be a better choice for me and why. I am truly delighted with the outcome of his judgement and expertise. The practice staff was professional, efficient and kind. Marlene assisted during the procedure and also has terrific aesthetic judgement.

While it's difficult to say one "Loved it" when one is having Mohs surgery, I can't imagine it being any better than in the hands of Dr. Ariel Ostad - a true 5-star surgeon. As a "senior citizen" I've seen my share of doctors' offices and rarely have I come across one run more efficiently than this office. I have listened to the receptionists on the phone and it is quite obvious that they are well trained in dealing with patients' needs - always extremely polite, patient, calm and very knowledgeable. They are all so friendly and call you by name - so you feel like a human being rather than just another patient. While undergoing surgery (and only locally anesthetized), Dr. Ostad continually reassures you that everything is going well - rather than you lying there and wondering what the heck is going. The nursing assistants are all extremely helpful and do a beautiful job of removing stitches, bandaging, explaining the procedures, and making sure you understand the follow-up treatment. The office is spotless. Coffee, snacks, and cold water are always available during your waiting time and there are great magazine, books and other literature to read. Let me just say it's as good as it gets. I have two more visits to go for my present situation and, I know it's hard to believe, but I actually look forward to those visits rather than dread them - because I know I'm in the best of hands with Dr. Ostad. I know for sure that if I have another reason to need surgery in the future, I'll be calling on Dr. Ostad.
